About the role
You will be responsible for sales in Germany. You work from home and can live anywhere in the country. It is a plus if you live in or near a major city, but it is not a requirement.
We already have an established business in Germany, so the role is about two things at the same time:
• taking care of and developing the customers we already have.
• finding new customers and opportunities so we continue to grow in the market.
You handle customer enquiries mainly online, by phone and email. You will also visit customers across Germany when needed, both private clients and B2B customers such as restaurants, wine bars, hotels and kitchen stores.
You will be part of our international sales team in Europe. We work closely online, share knowledge and support each other in day-to-day sales work.
Your workday is varied. You advise customers, create solutions and proposals in SketchUp, follow up on leads, develop existing relationships and actively look for new business opportunities in the market.

Your main responsibilities
• Advise and sell to customers via phone, video, email and in person primarily in Germany.
• Develop and take care of our existing German customer base and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Create wine cellar proposals and solutions using SketchUp.
• Visit customers for sales meetings and on-site measurements when relevant.
• Identify new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential clients and partners.
• Drive growth in Germany across both private and professional segments.
Who we are looking for
You do not need to come from the wine industry, but you should be strong in consultative sales and motivated to become an expert in our niche.
We imagine that you have:
• At least 2 years of experience in consultative/customer advisory sales, for example from wine, kitchen or interior, furniture, appliances or hospitality.
• A proactive mindset and enjoy taking ownership of your own market.
• A down-to-earth, trust-based sales approach.
• Fluent German and good English.
• Solid IT skills and confidence working from a home-based setup.
• A driving licence and willingness to travel within Germany (and Denmark) when needed.
